RigeligtSmør recommends the Christmas lunch at Restaurant Kronborg

”The fillets were skinned by hand and really tasty. They had been turned in rye flour and fried in (plenty of) butter, so there was no crisp coating to overwhelm the extremely tasty fillets of plaice,” enthuses Martin Villumsen from the blog RigeligtSmør about his favourite dish from the Christmas lunch at Restaurant Kronborg.

“It was my first visit to Restaurant Kronborg and I dare say it was good!” writes the selfproclaimed bon vivant, Martin Villumsen, on his blog, RigeligtSmør (Plenty of Butter).
Adding, ”With their Christmas lunch you are sure to leave the table well-fed and all the food was extremely tasty as was the beer an aquavit.”
Martin Villumsen was especially impressed by our cured salmon, the pan-fried fillets of plaice and our home-made Christmas Aquavit.
