BecauseItMatters about Christmas lunch – a (slightly delayed) Christmas greeting

“Here they served honest food with true friendliness” writes acknowledged foodie, Mette Juulsgaard, on her blog, BecauseItMatters.

”Drop any kind of guilt and shame – enjoy the Christmas food and socializing with your loved ones! It is not the food you eat for Christmas, which makes you fat, but the food you eat the rest of the year which we need to pay attention to. But do take care ensuring that the food is made from decent ingredients and not something you ought to feed your dog instead” writes acknowledged foodie, Mette Juulsgaard, in her post about Christmas food in general – and Christmas lunch at Restaurant Kronborg in particular – under the headline, “Christmas card from Kronborg.”
Mette Juulsgaard tested our Christmas lunch (yes, in late 2014, so it’s a slightly delayed Christmas card) and says: “Here they served honest food with true friendliness.”
Mette Juulsgaard especially liked our pan-fried fish filets, which she named: “the best in town” and our pickled, pan-fried herrings, which she called “absolutely perfect.”
