Regulars’ Favourite Lunch

The lunch is served on platters in three rounds. Includes rye bread, white bread, butter and duck fat.

– Curried herring with soft-boiled egg, onion and capers
– Pan-fried plaice fillet with hand-peeled Greenlandic shrimp and “dillnaise”
– Freshly smoked salmon with crisp fennel and crème of smoked cheese

– Tartelet with chicken and asparagus
– Roast beef with remoulade, crispy onions, fresh horseradish and pickled cucumber

– Vesterhavs cheese with compote

The food was cooked to perfection. Best Parisian steak I’ve tasted by far. Plaice fillets fried to melting perfection. The service level is also top class with the finesse of experience and understanding of which table you’re facing. My first visit to Kronborg. The food is fully on par with – and sometimes better than – Palægade or similar. I’m a new regular customer.

Wonderful restaurant with the most delicious food and fantastic service. Have been there several times and never left disappointed, but instead left Kronborg with a smile on my face and a belly full of the good food. Absolutely the best open sandwiches in town.

NB Please note that we rarely have time to answer the phone between 11.30 and 15.00, as we are busy serving lunch to a lot of happy guests.
