At Restaurant Kronborg, we offer cozy and private function rooms in Copenhagen, where the ambiance is a top priority and excellent Danish cuisine provides the foundation for your celebration.

We have our new and charming adjacent rooms, Krogen, which can accommodate groups of up to 50 people. If your guest list is longer, we can host up to 80 people within the main rooms of Restaurant Kronborg.

We have extensive experience with a wide range of events and can host everything from corporate receptions to birthdays and other special milestones. The common thread for all our events is our approach to food: We always serve traditional, hearty, and homemade Danish dishes, as well as classic smørrebrød of the highest quality.

Welcome drink & snacks:

Elderflower Royal
Served with homemade chips and roasted nuts

Starter:

Salmon tartare with avocado and lemon, sprinkled with butter-roasted sesame seeds.

Middle course:

Terrine of Gråsten’s rooster, served with sautéed seasonal mushrooms.

Main course:

Slow-roasted beef tenderloin
Served with creamed potatoes, seasoned with thyme and truffle.
Served with seasonal butter-baked root vegetables, caramelized red onion and red wine glace.

Middle course:

White wine granité
decorated with foam from sparkling wine.

Dessert:

Gateau Marcel
Served with sour sorbet and chocolate twill.
Served with coffee and tea.

Late-night snack:

Cheese and sausage table
Added with biscuits, bread & various compotes

Including beer, water & wine with the meal

Afterwards 2 hours of free bar with house liquor

Gateau Marcel with sour sorbet and crispy elements

The service level is also top class with the finesse of experience and understanding of which table you’re facing. My first visit to Kronborg. The food is fully on par with – and sometimes better than – Palægade or similar. I’m a new regular customer.

Wonderful restaurant
Wonderful restaurant with the most delicious food and fantastic service. Have been there several times and never left disappointed, but instead left Kronborg with a smile on my face and a belly full of the good food. Absolutely the best open sandwiches in town.
