Ole Troelsø and “The insider’s guide to smørrebrød”

Anmelder, forfatter og smørrebrødsentusiast Ole Troelsø besøgte os for at fotografere restauranten og et par af vores mest populære stykker smørrebrød for at tage os med i sin nye bog ”The insider’s guide to smørrebrød”.

Ole Troelsø is a big fan of ‘smørrebrød’, the renowned Danish open-faced sandwiches, and amongst the founders of the Danish Championship of Smørrebrød. Further to this he is the wine and food editor at Danish business daily, Børsen, and has authored several books about food, among them “Smørrebrød in Denmark”.
Ole Troelsø came by the restaurant in order to photograph the premises and some of our most popular sandwiches in order to include us in his upcoming book, “The insider’s guide to smørrebrød”.
The guide will be published in August 2013.
